TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. PRODUCTS

1.1 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without prior notice.


1.2 Bloom of the flowers may differ depending on season and supply. You may receive partial bloom buds or full bloom buds.

1.3 Colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site due to differences in lighting and monitors. Please note that we are using ‘fadefilter from Iphone on our pictures. 

1.4 Message on greeting card will be copied from 'Card Text' box. You should include recipient or sender name if you want these to be written.

2. PRICES

2.1 Prices listed are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.

2.2 If there's any price differences, we will contact you of the new price and ask if you want to proceed or cancel the order.

2.3 Product prices exclude the delivery charge.


3. ORDERS / PAYMENT 

3.1 During the order process, you will be required to provide complete personal details, including accurate delivery address and phone number, together with those of the intended recipient.

3.2 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance. We will send a confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order. Your order will only be processed once the payment is confirmed.

3.3 We accept payment via BCA Bank Transfer and PayPal (available for USD currency).
 

3.4 Full payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of your order. If no payment has been received, your order will be cancelled.

 4. DELIVERY 

4.1 Delivery charges are vary based on the delivery area.
 We use GoJek as our courier service. Small flowers will be sent inside a cardbox via GoSend and big flowers will be sent via GoCar. 

4.2 Normal delivery hours are between 9AM to 9PM (GMT+7). 

4.3 Where a third party is involved (i.e.: hospital, hotel, school, and office), specific details such as the room number, class number, department, etc are required to ensure smooth delivery.

4.4 Please make sure to keep the recipient number active on the delivery day. We do not accept responsibility for late or non delivery of your order, if an incomplete or incorrect data is supplied.

4.5 If the contact number provided is not reachable, we will attempt to a) put the flowers in garage area b) deposit the flowers with nearest security or neighbour c) bring back the flowers to our studio.

4.6 Because we use third party online courier, we cannot guarantee any special instruction regarding the delivery. Please arrange and contact the driver directly for special delivery instruction. We will only give driver’s contact number upon request.

5. CANCELLATION 

5.1 To avoid further confusion, order cannot be changed or amended.  Kindly check all particulars such as delivery date, address, card message, and other details related to delivery before submitting your order. 

5.2 Order cannot be cancelled once it has been paid. The full purchase amount will apply for cancellation request received less than five days.

6. COMPLAINT

6.1 Because of the perishable nature of most products, we only accept complaint within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Complaint must be followed with clear picture as evident. Kindly send your complaint directly to lasorigine.id@gmail.com
